Platform House Plans was engaged by the contractor for this project to design a porch roof addition onto a 1940’s colonial home in the village of Whitefish Bay.

The purpose of the addition was to provide a welcoming and sheltered entry that would complement the existing architectural character of the home and neighborhood as well as to provide handrails to help an aging parent to negotiate the stairs.

Platform House Plans developed design concepts and provided construction documents.
